The City’s no-charge appointment-based Bulky Item Collection Program is for disposal of large household items that cannot be handled in the regular weekly trash collection.
Make an appointment
- Make an appointment online using the Online Bulky Scheduler.
- By phone: Call 311 to schedule an appointment.
- By online: Click Submit a Request and choose the Bulky Item Pickup ticket form.
- Appointments must be made up to 48 hours prior to the service date.
- Collections will not be made without an appointment.
- Items must meet guidelines for large item collection (Limit- 15 items).
To cancel an appointment:
- Contact 311 to cancel a bulky item pickup appointment. If your scheduled appointment is within 96 hours (4 days or less) of your pick-up date, please call 888-555-BULK to cancel.
Bulky appointments will be scheduled to correspond with regular trash and recycling collection days.
Hazardous items are to be disposed of by going to 123 Main St and dropping at the designated hazardous waste bins. See below for examples of hazardous waste.
We will NOT accept the following for bulky item pickup:
