Zoning Permits

A zoning permit is required:

• For all fence or wall construction, reconstruction, replacement, or relocation located within 30-feet of a public right-of-way; and
• For all fencing or walls proposed for construction in areas of a property where no fence or wall previously existed; and
• When relocating existing fencing from one place on a lot to a different place on the same lot (no matter the distance); and
• When more than 50% of a single “run” of existing fencing is repaired, replaced, and/or reconstructed.
